Shavings for a natural healthy litter.
Clean Box shavings are produced taken into account the needs of horse and groom.
They offer more comfort while taking care of the health of the horses and facilitate the work of the grooms. The sizing of the shavings, the level of humidity, and even the way of packing are due to a continuous research and improvement since the start in 1999 of our manufacturing.
Our quality is the result of a collaboration with Vets and well knows studs.
Our production plant, located in Belgium, uses the best technologies in order to take out the dust and make from our shavings a high-end product.

Absorbent
White wood is naturally absorbent, but we take it a step further. The association of mainly large, but also medium and smaller shavings make the grooming easier. The smaller shavings moving naturally to the lower level of the bedding agglomerate and make the cleaning easier. -
Flexible
The mix between the different sizes of shavings compose a soft and flexible mattress. The legs and the joints are so better protected -
Dust free
Lungs are very sensible and the risk of COPD is high. For this reason the dusting is one of the most important steps in the manufacturing process. Vets agree Clean Box is the solution.

Capacity & packaging
With their green logo Clean Box bales are easily recognizable whether they are in stables or in national or international events.
Each pallet is covered with an anti-UV slipcover which also enables to keep the bales stored outside and in all weather conditions.
Each bale weighs 18 kg which is slightly less than our competitors. However the spread volume is at least identical. The secret of this advantage holds in our compression method.

Ecological product
No tree is cut down in order to produce our shavings as we are taking the part of the log which cannot been used for another purpose. Our plant has its own power-gen unit producing green energy used for the manufacturing process. The dust remaining from the process is used and integrated in another product.
Thanks to this nothing gets lost, no waste is produced and no energy is wasted.
